Combining two beautiful natural fibres, the Wisp quilt is a unique all natural alternative to down. In constructing this quilt Abode considered many different grades of silk, finally choosing to use only the finest, hand-pulled, Mulberry silk floss sourced directly from our partners in the famous silk region of China. This high quality silk has been encased in a pure lightweight cotton gauze shell. The open gauze outer shell allows the silk to loft, like a down quilt. The silk forms a batting that clings to the cotton fabric so that it will never bunch or shift. The cotton gauze fabric will cling to the inside of your quilt cover to keep it in place. The Wisp cotton/silk quilt is naturally hypo-allergenic and will help regulate your body temperature as you sleep. Available in an extremely lightweight fill, it is the perfect summer quilt alternative and adequate for those who only require a little warmth, year round.
