When you place an order you will receive an order number and email confirmation. The only way to view the status of your order is if you have an account. To view the status and location of your order, login to your account and see 'Order History'. Where possible the most up to date information will be provided.
Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you by email that it is on its way. On this email we will provide a tracking number (if applicable). To view the location of your parcel, you will need to view the tracking information on the website of the mail provider, most likely Australia Post. If your order is being sent by international courier we will make sure you have the appropriate tracking number and details.
