Return Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return any part of your purchase within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit for the purchase price. All we ask is that you return merchandise unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Please take time to read the care instructions on items before washing, as we cannot accept items for an exchange or refund if they have been damaged in the wash or washed incorrectly.

Except where the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the postage charges on the return of products. We are happy to assist with the return of goods, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns. Please contact our customer service team on (03) 9811 7800 to inform us of faulty goods being returned.
